$600 A NIGHT IS FOR THE USE OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. THE 4 CABINS WILL ACCOMODATE UP TO 18 GUESTS.
IF YOU RENT ALL 4 CABINS YOUR GROUP WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A reservation deposit of $600.00 is required at the time of booking if you are booking the whole property. A one night stay is due at booking if you are only booking 3 or less cabins, price to be determined when reservation is made. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival time or you will forfeit your reservations. If you are booking less than 30 days before check in we require payment in full at time of reservation.
A $200 damage deposit will be collected with the balance amount due. The damage deposit, less any damages will be refunded no later than 7 days after the check out date.
CANCELLATION POLICY...
Once the property is reserved it is taken off the market and held for you. If canceled 30 days or more prior to your scheduled check in date a refund less $50.00 administration fee will be issued. If canceled less than 30 days prior to your scheduled check in date, you are responsible for the reservation balance in full and no refund will be issued. If the property is re-rented to another guest for the same dates as your reservation, the deposit less a $100.00 administration fee will be refunded.
